Community Services Group (CSG) is seeking a Behavioral Services Specialist to develop and implement positive behavioral support plans for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across multiple settings.

You will collaborate with supervisory and direct service staff to monitor plan development and ensure rights and quality behavioral support in line with self-determination and trauma-informed care.

Formación

• Master’s degree required in a relevant field as listed; two years of direct experience supporting individuals with mental illness/IDD; BCBA/LPC/LCSW preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) using indirect and direct methods.
• Monitor progress through visits, data collection, and assessments; ensure appropriate programs.
• Develop data-driven Behavior Support Plans (BSP) using positive, trauma-informed, least restrictive strategies.
• Design environmental modifications, antecedent strategies, and replacement skills.
• Collaborate on individual service or treatment plans; review and revise as needed.
• Supervise progress reports and maintain program records for active rehabilitation.
• Lead training for support staff on positive behavioral support techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, plans, progress notes, and service delivery.

Educación

Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in special education, psychology, counseling, social work, education, applied behavior analysis, or gerontology
