A leading organization is seeking a Therapeutic Community Behavioral Healthcare Provider Supervisor to oversee a team in a clinical setting. What you’ll do at OhioMHAS :
Our Recovery Services Team is seeking to hire a cultivated Therapeutic Community Behavioral Healthcare Provider Supervisor who thrives in a clinical environment. This position will supervise a team who is directly involved with the participants’ treatment. This environment is structured to facilitate behavioral change in participants through resocialization and rehabilitation.
Some of the duties & responsibilities:
This is an hourly position and is exempt from the bargaining units, with a pay range of 13 on the E1 Exempt Pay Range Schedule . Normal working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (Flexible Schedule).
Unless required by any applicable union contract and/or requirements of the Ohio Revised Code, the selected candidate will begin at Step 1 of the pay range schedule listed above, with an opportunity for pay increase after six months of satisfactory performance and then a yearly raise thereafter.
Position Qualifications
Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor (LICDC) by Ohio Chemical Dependency Professionals Board.
-Or Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) by Ohio Counselor, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy Board.
-Or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) by Ohio Counselor, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy Board.
-Or Licensed Independent Marriage and Family Therapist (IMFT) by the Ohio Counselor, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy Board.
-Or Licensed Registered Nurse with certificate of authority as a Clinical Nurse Specialist or Certified Nurse Practitioner with specialty certification in Mental Health or Psychiatry as issued by Ohio Board of Nursing. -And in addition to licensure must have 12 mos. exp. providing clinical supervision in behavioral healthcare services (e.g., counseling, group services, crisis intervention).
-Or 12 mos. exp. as Behavioral Healthcare Provider 2, 65832.
-Or 12 mos. exp. as Correctional Program Coordinator, 69323.
