Position Overview

Our Recovery Services Team is seeking a skilled Therapeutic Community Behavioral Healthcare Provider Supervisor who excels in a clinical environment. This role supervises a team directly involved in participants’ treatment, facilitating behavioral change through resocialization and rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all staff within the Therapeutic Community
• Provide individual and group clinical supervision
• Review clinical documentation
• Manage daily operations of the program
• Oversee clinical and administrative functions, including staff schedules, performance reviews, and recruitment

Position Details

This is an hourly, exempt position with a pay range starting at $13 on the E1 Exempt Pay Range Schedule. Normal hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with a flexible schedule. The starting step is Step 1, with potential pay increases after six months and annually based on performance.

Qualifications

• Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor (LICDC) OR
• Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) OR
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) OR
• Licensed Independent Marriage and Family Therapist (IMFT) OR
• Licensed Registered Nurse with a Clinical Nurse Specialist or Certified Nurse Practitioner certification in Mental Health/Psychiatry

In addition, candidates must have 12 months of clinical supervision experience or relevant work as a Behavioral Healthcare Provider 2 or Correctional Program Coordinator.

• Official transcripts for all post-secondary education must be submitted before employment.
