Press Cell Team Leader - Kapco Grafton, WI

Kapco Inc. is looking for a Press Cell Team Lead on 1st shift at our Grafton, WI facility. The ideal candidate for this position will have extensive knowledge with set ups, coil changes, and basic troubleshooting of stamping press machinery.

Responsibilities:

• Manages the needs of the press team to ensure the safety, quality, engagement and productivity of the team members.


• Directs the workflow within the team to maximize machine utilization while balancing the work among the team members.


• Train operators on running, setting up and troubleshooting Stamping Presses and other associated support equipment.


• Effectively communicate and plan with support teams to coordinate needed support.


• Ensure all required ISO procedures are followed and documentation is properly completed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years stamping and troubleshooting experience.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Knowledgeable and comfortable training others on stamping presses.
