Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent REQUIRED.
• One year experience working with a psychiatric patient population and previous administrative experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• CPR, Verbal De‑Escalation, and Handle With Care certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Manage clerical functions of the nursing unit to support patient care.
• Assist in direct care and management of patients with medical and behavioral issues as directed.
• Support unit programming to facilitate therapy, leisure activities, and activities of daily living.
• Demonstrate knowledge of regulatory standards and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
