The position offers a base hourly wage of $18.50–$20.30 plus a $2–$3 shift differential, with weekend availability. Qualifications include a HS diploma or GED and at least two years in human services or related fields.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Background check and Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• HS diploma or GED with minimum 2 years of combined education/experience in human services or related field.
• Experience with youth or in behavioral health settings preferred.

Aufgaben

• Maintain safety, accountability and security of campus.
• Teach, coach and supervise students in daily living activities and routines.
• Observe peer culture for progress/regression patterns.
• Monitor student behavior over time and progress toward treatment goals.
• Communicate effectively in writing and speaking.
• Follow and implement individual treatment plans for all students.
• Recognize escalating behaviors and intervene to ensure safety.
