Job summary

Lifeskills Behavioral Health is seeking Behavioral Health Technicians to support clients in a structured residential setting in Deerfield Beach, FL. The role involves maintaining client safety, assisting with daily living activities, and documenting client progress for the clinical team.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and at least 2 years of experience with substance abuse or mental health clients, with strong boundaries and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years’ experience with clients with substance abuse and/or mental health issues.
• Ability to maintain boundaries and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Client safety at all times; monitor and record Client behavior during the shift.
• Transport clients to appointments and provide structured living environment.
• Greet guests warmly and provide customer service.
• Document in client records and communicate with clinical team.
• Support medication management and coordination of care.
• Assist with ADLs and maintain room hygiene.
