Lakeview Center seeks a Behavior Health Technician to support counselors and nursing staff across residential, inpatient, day/evening, outpatient, and community programs in Northwest Florida. You will help clients with daily living activities, access to resources, and build pro-social relationships while ensuring health and safety.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, CPR certification, CPI training, and the ability to pass background screenings; strong verbal and written

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of experience in behavioral health preferred.
• CPR certification required or obtainable.
• CPI training required or obtainable.
• Must pass organization background screenings as appropriate.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist counselors/therapeutic staff in behavioral health services.
• Establish positive relationships with individuals in care.
• Assist with activities of daily living and accessing resources.
• Monitor and document progress of individuals served.
