Lifeskills Behavioral Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee residential staff and ensure a structured, safe living environment for clients in Deerfield Beach. You will manage schedules, supervise rounds, and support client participation in daily activities and groups.

The role requires 2+ years in substance use/mental health work, a Florida driver’s license, and CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain. Equal opportunity employer with comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required; drug and alcohol certification preferred or willingness to complete within orientation period.
• Requires 2+ years of experience working with clients with substance abuse and/or mental health issues.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License; CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
• TB test clearance is required.

Mansioni

• Supervise assigned residential staff and ensure effective communication and leadership.
• Maintain client safety, supervise rounds, and ensure clients attend groups and appointments.
• Coordinate client transportation, apartment maintenance, shopping, and daily needs.
• De-escalate crises, document incidents, and support adherence to program policies.
