Job summary

ERC Pathlight is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to support inpatient and residential patients under nursing supervision. You will provide supervision, meals and bathroom monitoring, and help implement therapeutic programming.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED; driving license may be required for certain locations. Training and experience in mental health settings are preferred. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are offered across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• New hires: 1 year of direct patient care experience (required for BHT II).
• Mental Health/Psych Tech, CNA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to inpatient and residential patients under nursing supervision.
• Offer patient supervision, support, and boundaries; assist with meals and bathroom monitoring.
• Document patient observations, meals, and check-ins during shifts.
• Assist with morning routines and activities of daily living.
• Participate in group activities and provide secondary support in therapy sessions.
