Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience or training in behavioral health, mental health, or related clinical settings.
• Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques and mental health clinical assessments.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support to individuals with mental health and SED.
• Conduct clinical assessments and assist in developing and implementing treatment and discharge plans.
• Monitor patient behavior and intervene during crises to ensure safety and promote stabilization.
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation, including progress notes and care plans.
• Collaborate with clinical staff, families, and other stakeholders to support patient care.
