You will collaborate with clinical teams to implement treatment plans, conduct assessments, and respond to crises while ensuring accurate documentation for continuity of care.

Formación

• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
• Capable of providing direct patient care and crisis intervention.
• Experience with clinical documentation and discharge planning preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in conducting clinical assessments and monitor patient behavior.
• Provide direct patient care and support, including crisis intervention and de-escalation.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation including progress notes and discharge plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment and discharge plans.
• Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment following established protocols.
