Bradford Health Services, LLC is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to support individuals facing mental health challenges under clinical supervision. You will implement treatment plans, conduct assessments, and help ensure patient safety in various behavioral health settings.

The role focuses on providing direct care and maintaining accurate documentation while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a Behavioral Health Technician training program or relevant certification preferred.
• Experience in mental health or behavioral health settings, including direct patient care.
• Knowledge of clinical documentation standards and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Basic understanding of crisis management and intervention techniques.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilités

• Assist in conducting clinical assessments and monitoring patient behavior to inform treatment plans.
• Provide direct patient care, including support with daily living activities and therapeutic interventions.
• Implement crisis intervention techniques to manage and de-escalate behavioral emergencies effectively.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and discharge plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans.
• Support patients with Severe Emotional Disturbance (SED) by applying specialized care strategies.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients by adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
