Qualifications

• Experience in mental health or behavioral health settings.
• Knowledge of clinical documentation standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Basic crisis management understanding.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting clinical assessments and monitoring patient behavior to inform treatment plans.
• Provide direct patient care and support daily living activities.
• Implement crisis intervention techniques to de-escalate emergencies.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and discharge plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans.
• Support patients with Severe Emotional Disturbance (SED) with specialized care strategies.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment by adhering to protocols.
