Bradford Health Services is hiring a Behavioral Health Technician in Louisville, TN to support mental health patients under clinical supervision. You will implement individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and manage crises to ensure patient safety and progress.

You will maintain accurate clinical documentation, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and help develop discharge plans to promote successful transitions. Prior experience in mental health settings is preferred.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a Behavioral Health Technician training program or relevant certification preferred.
• Experience in clinical documentation and patient care within a mental health or behavioral health setting.
• Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques and ability to respond effectively to emergency situations.
• Familiarity with mental health disorders, including Severe Emotional Disturbance (SED), and related treatment approaches.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in patient care.

• Assist in conducting clinical assessments and monitoring patient behavior to identify needs and progress.
• Provide direct patient care and support, including crisis intervention and management during acute episodes.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes, incident reports, and discharge plans.
