Responsibilities

• Maintain detailed clinical documentation, including progress notes and discharge plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to update treatment and discharge plans.
• Support patients with Severe Emotional Disturbance (SED) with specialized care.
• Ensure a safe, supportive environment by following protocols.
