Are you a compassionate caregiver with at least a high school diploma (or GED) located in Falls Church, VA?
Centria Health is seeking Behavioral Health Technicians to work one-on-one with children and families with autism to implement learning programs, collect data on target behaviors, communicate with stakeholders, maintain client confidentiality, and meet regularly with their direct leader. You will build trust and care with the child and their family in their home setting within 15 minutes from your residence.
Our comprehensive paid behavioral health training will prepare you to directly impact the developmental growth of children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and support your assigned child through their unique development opportunities, including managing potentially aggressive reactions. Under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.
