Are you a compassionate caregiver with at least a high school diploma (or GED) residing in Woodbridge, VA?
Centria Health is seeking Behavioral Health Technicians to work one-on-one with children and families with autism. Your responsibilities include implementing learning programs, collecting data, communicating with stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality, and collaborating with your direct supervisor. You will build trust with the child and family in their home setting, located within 15 minutes of your residence.
Our comprehensive paid behavioral health training will prepare you to support children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), guiding their developmental growth and managing behaviors, including potentially challenging reactions. Under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.
