Job summary

Denver Springs in Englewood, CO is seeking a Behavioral Health Tech to join our nights team. This full-time role supports the therapeutic milieu under RN supervision, ensuring safety, on-schedule activities, and respectful, dignified care for patients and guests.

A high school diploma is required; CPR and de-escalation certification within 30 days; one year of psychiatric inpatient experience preferred. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is available for well-qualified applicants.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and de-escalation certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Previous experience in a psychiatric health-care facility with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, or geriatric patients preferred.
• 1 year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
