Lifepoint Health's Cottonwood Springs is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Tech to support the therapeutic milieu under RN supervision, ensure safety, and maintain a respectful, dignified environment for patients and guests. The role emphasizes teamwork, compassionate care, and adherence to schedules and treatment plans.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• De-escalation certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Experience in a psychiatric health-care facility preferred.
• 1 year of experience in a psychiatric inpatient setting preferred.

• Support therapeutic milieu under RN direction, ensure schedule is delivered, supervise patients, maintain safety, treat patients with respect and dignity.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and de‑escalation certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Previous experience in a psychiatric health‑care facility with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, or geriatric patients preferred.
• 1 year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
