Job summary

Denver Springs, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks a Behavioral Health Tech to support the therapeutic milieu under RN guidance, ensuring safety, supervision, and compassionate care for patients. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and de-escalation certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Previous experience in a psychiatric health-care facility with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, or geriatric patients preferred.
• 1 year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting the therapeutic milieu under the direction of the RN, ensuring schedule/program delivery, patient supervision, safety and dignity for patients and guests.
• Contribute to a caring, respectful environment and assist in delivering high-quality behavioral health care.
