Doctors Medical Center of Modesto is seeking a Clinical Services Technician for night shift in Behavioral Health. Under RN/Charge Nurse direction, you will deliver basic care activities and support patient wellbeing in a collaborative hospital setting.

The role requires at least a High School diploma and 6+ months in a related mental health environment, with CPI training within 30 days of hire. Per diem schedule may include overtime and callbacks.

Qualifications

• 6+ months related experience providing direct services for patients in mental health, substance abuse, or social services preferred.
• Knowledge of mental health programs and community resources; patient rights and de-escalation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality basic care activities under RN/Charge Nurse supervision.
• Ensure a safe and healthy environment that supports socialization and empowerment.
• Adhere to overtime, weekend, holiday, shift work, standby and callback requirements.
