Job summary

Moberly Regional Medical Center is seeking a Behavioral Health Tech- CNA to provide direct patient care in a behavioral health unit. You will support treatment plans, monitor patients, and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment under licensed supervision.

The role requires 0-2 years in a health setting, de-escalation skills, and BCLS within 30 days. The schedule is full-time nights with rotating weekends and holidays, at the Moberly, MO campus.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in behavioral health, healthcare, or related setting.
• De-escalation training within 30 days of hire is required.
• BCLS certification obtained within 30 days of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support in a behavioral health setting.
• Monitor patient behavior and safety; assist with daily activities.
• Assist in implementing treatment plans under supervision of licensed staff.
• Engage patients in structured activities and coping strategies.
• Respond to crises with de-escalation and safety interventions.
