Job summary

Advantage Behavioral Health LLC. is seeking a dedicated staff member to monitor safety, security, sobriety, and transportation for clients in various treatment stages. The role involves transporting clients, supporting clinical team goals, and maintaining accurate shift notes.

You will assist in implementing behavioral interventions, build rapport with clients, and respond to crises while upholding professional boundaries and adherence to schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; specialized mental health training or experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mental Health is preferred but not always required depending on role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; professional demeanor essential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor safety, security, sobriety and transportation of clients; maintain schedule and records.
• Transport clients to treatment facilities and back to residence.
• Assist clinical staff with treatment plan goals and behavioral interventions.
• Record observations in shift notes and report client progress and concerns.
• Respond to crises and de-escalate situations; monitor for intoxication/drug use.
