Job summary

HuCenters is seeking Behavioral Health Technicians to provide compassionate support in a clinical setting. You will assist clients with daily needs, help maintain safety on the property, and follow all regulations while protecting confidentiality.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of behavioral health experience, a clean driving record, and a flexible schedule. Roles can be part-time or full-time with a 12- or 8-hour shift option.

Qualifications

• Behavioral health: 1 year (preferred).
• Driver's license preferred.
• Clean driving record and scheduling flexibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist client with daily needs (transportation, cooking, emotional support).
• Ensure client safety when on the property.
• Ensure all rules and regulations are followed.
• Monitor patients and record observations.
• Diffuse situations in which patients wish to harm themselves or others.
• Alert medical professionals to intervene in emergencies.
• Maintain strict patient confidentiality.

Job description

Our Behavioral Tech team is vital to the success of our clients. Our technician staff is expected to provide a safe, secure, and comforting environment for our clients to continue their treatment.

Staff is expected to :

• assist client with daily needs (transportation, cooking, emotional support)
• ensure client safety when on the property
• ensure all rules and regulations are being adhered
• Monitoring patients and recording your observations
• Diffusing situations in which patients wish to harm themselves or others
• Alerting medical professionals to intervene in emergencies
• Maintaining strict patient confidentiality.

An ideal applicant will :

• have a clean driving record
• have flexibility with scheduling

Experience:

• Behavioral health: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
