Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of responsible employment preferred.
• Experience in human services or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Admit, supervise, monitor, transfer, and discharge clients/patients.
• Encourage clients/patients to adhere to program expectations and rules and communicate concerns to the treatment team.
• Document and report at shift change any exceptional behavior and concerns.
• Assist with admission/orientation regarding client rights and program rules.
• Provide client transportation to appointments as needed.
• Assist in facilitating group rehabilitative support and education sessions.
