Job summary

Brightli in Branson, MO is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician I to provide direct and supportive care to clients, monitor health, and assist the treatment team with safety and documentation. The role includes crisis intervention, transporting clients, and facilitating group activities.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent and two years responsible employment.
• Experience in Human Services or related field preferred.
• St. Louis County Programs: Bachelor’s Degree or MAADC I or II.
• Residential Care Facility: credentialed as LIMA and Insulin Certified within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Admit, supervise, monitor, transfer, and discharge clients/patients.
• Encourage adherence to program rules and communicate concerns to the team.
• Identify client strengths, needs, abilities, and preferences as an active team member.
• Document exceptional behavior and concerns in client records.
• Assist with admission/orientation, vital signs, safety searches, and specimen collection.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree (St. Louis County Programs)

MAADC I or II

LIMA credential & Insulin Certification within 90 days
