Job summary

You will assist with groups, exposure work, homework collection, client monitoring, and day-to-day program flow under clinical direction, while staying within role scope.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in psychology or related field preferred.
• Experience in behavioral health or related setting is preferred.
• Completion of BHT training and required competencies within timelines.

Responsibilities

• Support clients during groups, exposures, skills practice, breaks, transitions, and treatment-floor activities according to clinical direction.
• Assist with exposure setup, homework review, reminders, and reduction of avoidance or reassurance behaviors within scope.
• Collect scales, homework, attendance, and client-support documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic treatment-floor environment.
• Escalate client concerns, disengagement, risk statements, or unusual behavior promptly to clinicians.
