Job summary

Brighter Heights Arizona is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to provide direct care to individuals with behavioral health needs. Under supervision, you assist with treatment plans, crisis intervention, and documentation in our trauma-informed environment.

You’ll support clients in daily routines, lead group activities, ensure safety, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote recovery and growth.

Qualifications

• Must possess crisis intervention skills and ability to document accurately.
• Ability to work under supervision within a trauma-informed care setting.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support client goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to individuals with behavioral health needs.
• Assist in implementing treatment plans and record keeping in EMR.
• Contribute to safety and supervision of clients in group/home settings.
• Conduct groups and activities per schedule and directives.
• Transport clients to appointments as needed in company vehicles.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and secure information.
