This is a 24-hour residential group home for adults who recently experienced a mental health crisis. The Crisis Diversion Home provides a nurturing, supportive, and structured environment where our consumers can develop trust, learn to manage their illness and live independently. The Behavioral Health Technician position requires patience, dedication, understanding, and a passion for engaging and providing supervision and structure for adults living in a short-term residential treatment setting. Residents may remain in the home up to 30 days. The Behavioral Health Technician provides direct supervision and supportive counseling services, instructs and guides residents informally throughout their day-to-day activities, and co-leads recreation, and daily living skills activities.
