Job summary

Park Place Behavioral Health Care, a long-standing provider of behavioral health services, is seeking a Lead Behavior Technician/ Supervisor to oversee daily operations in the inpatient and crisis units. You will supervise staff, support crisis management, ensure accurate documentation, and participate in program development to improve client independence.

The role requires a 24/7 availability, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office and electronic health records.

Qualifications

• Maturity and sensitivity to the needs of PPBH clients.
• Ability to provide crisis intervention and aggressive behavior management.
• Ability to navigate an electronic health record.
• Ability to communicate needs of clients to staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision, support and feedback to Behavior Techs.
• Collaborate with the Behavior Tech Manager on performance evaluations.
• Maintain staffing ratios and approve timecards/PTO.
• Assist in onboarding and training of new employees.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with safety standards.
