You will supervise Behavioral Health Technicians, oversee daily operations, and ensure client care meets quality, safety, and compliance standards. This full-time, benefit-eligible role includes a Monday-Friday schedule with possible emergency coverage.

Lead with Purpose as a Behavioral Health Technician Supervisor

Schedule: Monday-Friday 10:45pm-7:15am

As a Behavioral Health Technician Supervisor, (Internal Title: Community Living Instructor Supervisor) you’ll play a critical leadership role in supporting individuals receiving behavioral health services in residential or community-based programs. You’ll supervise a team of Behavioral Health Technicians (Community Living Instructors), oversee daily operations, and ensure that client care meets quality, safety, and compliance standards.

This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position with a Monday-Friday schedule. Flexibility is required, including the ability to provide emergency shift coverage or respond to urgent issues as needed.
