Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years of supervisor experience and 3 years in behavioral health.
• Ability to provide crisis intervention and aggressive behavior management.
• Ability to communicate program needs to the project director.
• Proficient in MS Office and electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities with all behavioral techs and staff.
• Participate in interview process and selection of staff.
• Provide supervision to staff regarding clinical duties and staff development.
• Create and maintain staff schedules.
• Coordinate staff development with senior directors.
• Manage performance of all BHT staff.
• Model client care and milieu management skills.
