Job summary

Promises Behavioral Health in Georgia seeks a Full-Time Behavioral Health Supervisor to oversee around-the-clock staff at a large residential treatment facility, ensuring daily client activities align with clinical goals and maintain a welcoming, recovery-focused environment.

The role covers staffing oversight, scheduling, performance reviews, documentation audits, and coordination with the Behavioral Health Director and HR.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years’ experience in substance use, mental health, or healthcare field, or a Bachelor’s degree.
• Healthcare license (CNA, MAP, CHA) or equivalent experience acceptable.
• Strong staff supervision, organization, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain staff schedules, manage time, and review time cards.
• Post weekly staff schedules and coordinate coverage.
• Conduct performance reviews and prepare related documents.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and maintain clean facilities.
• Coach BH staff and participate in recruitment and onboarding.
