Job summary

Crestwood Behavioral Health, Inc. is seeking a Staff Development Coordinator/Trainer to design, implement, and assess orientation and training programs across departments. You will support diverse staff in a respectful, professional environment and ensure high training standards are met.

The role emphasizes ongoing certification, Pro-ACT readiness, and coordination with corporate learning teams to maintain staff competencies and program quality.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year planning, implementing, and evaluating educational programs in healthcare with supervisory experience, or 2+ years with Crestwood in related roles.
• Within 3 months, obtain at least 24 hours of continuing education on planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs in healthcare/mental health.
• Complete Core Competencies training with Corporate Learning and Performance.
• Complete Pro-ACT certification; maintain current certifications including Pro-ACT.
• Training certification preferred; CPR/First Aid preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate orientation and educational programs for all facility departments.
• Uphold high standards of instruction and training for all employees at the facility.
