Job summary

Third Street Family Health Services is seeking a Clinical Manager of Behavioral Health to lead our behavioral health department and support clinicians in delivering compassionate, high‑quality care. The role emphasizes supervision, crisis response coordination, and treatment planning to improve community well‑being.

The successful candidate will have a master’s degree in social work or counseling, an Ohio LISW/LPCC license, and experience supervising clinical staff in a community clinic setting,

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Graduate of a master level accredited social work or clinical counselor program.
• Ohio LISW or LPCC state license.
• Experience as a counselor, preferably in the community clinic setting.
• Supervisory experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to the behavioral health department, ensuring staff perform their roles effectively.
• Provide clinical supervision and support to clinicians, including reviewing client visit notes.
• Conduct behavioral health diagnostic assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Ensure provision of crisis services and participation in related programs as needed.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans to meet each client’s needs.
• Participate in 24/7 call coverage with leadership as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines.
