Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of healthcare experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and EMR software
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical/administrative support to schedule and register patients.
• Answer calls with strong customer service.
• Schedule patients per the designed algorithm; assist nurse triage as needed.
• Scan paperwork into the EMR accurately.
• Collaborate with practices to ensure data is accessible in the EMR.
• Provide directory information to inquirers.
• Maintain professional conduct at all times.
• Know all departments/services offered at the facility.
• Perform other duties as required.
