BayCare Health System seeks an experienced Behavioral Health RN to join the team at St. Joseph's Hospital Behavioral Health Center in Tampa, FL. The role emphasizes patient-centered care within a compassionate, interdisciplinary team.

You will provide nursing care using the nursing process, serve as preceptor and charge nurse as needed, and uphold BayCare's standards of clinical excellence and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Requires 2 years' experience as a licensed RN and completion of all Clinical Nurse Requirements.
• BLS and RN licensure required; Nurse Specialty preferred.
• Associate's or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor's preferred.

• Weekend Work: Every Other

The Clinical Nurse II Is Responsible For
