BayCare Health System's BayCare Behavioral Health in Tampa seeks a Behavioral Health Therapist I. This full-time exempt position involves psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, individual/group/family therapy, case management and discharge planning.

Candidates must hold a Master's in Social Work, Psychology or related field, with 2 years clinical experience or 9-month internship. Licensure or provisional LMFT/LMHC/LCSW preferred; BLS and driver's license required.

• Appropriate clinical experience or internship as specified.
• BLS certification and driver's license required; LMFT/LMHC/LCSW preferred.

Responsabilités

• Meeting with patients to conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group and family therapy as appropriate and coordinate discharge planning.
• Perform case management and maintain documentation; connect patients with community resources.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Location: Tampa, FL

• Status: Full-Time, Exempt: Yes

• Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Weekend Work: None

• On Call: No

The Behavioral Health Therapist I is responsible for:

• Meeting with patients to complete psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, as well as individual, group and family therapy as deemed appropriate for each individual patient.

• Conducting case management activities as well as discharge planning and maintains appropriate documentation.

• Providing appropriate therapeutic and educational interventions, services and is knowledgeable about community resources.

• Performing other duties as assigned.

• This role requires a Master's prepared in the field of Clinical Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy, or other related field.

Required Certification/License:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• Driver's License

• Driver's License LMFT (Marriage and Family), LMHC (Mental Health) or LCSW (Social Work) - Preferred
