Job summary

Dane County is seeking a Supervisor for the Behavioral Health Resource Center (BHRC) Resource Navigation team. You will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure quality service delivery.

You will develop schedules, review workloads, and provide direction while maintaining professional standards. The role emphasizes culturally responsive, recovery-oriented navigation and collaboration with the leadership team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or related Human Services field.
• Two years of professional experience in Behavioral Health.
• Alternative: BA with four years of Behavioral Health experience; or six years combined lived/professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily BHRC Resource Navigation operations.
• Supervise staff, evaluate performance, and handle hiring/discipline.
• Create schedules, review workload, and provide direction.
• Ensure culturally responsive, recovery‑oriented navigation services.
• Collaborate with leadership to address complex challenges.
• Develop and maintain documentation and reporting practices.
