Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC in Burlington, NC is seeking a BHUC Team Leader for an on-site, full-time role. You will supervise a multidisciplinary team, coordinate services per Person Centered Plans, and ensure timely access to behavioral health crisis services in a dynamic setting.

The position requires a Qualified Professional path (Master’s or Bachelor’s with MH/DD/SA experience) and strong EMR/documentation knowledge.

Qualifications

• Qualified Professional must meet licensure/certification requirements per the service definition.
• Education and experience must align with MH/DD/SA population needs.
• General knowledge of North Carolina human services delivery system.
• Must have valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Pre-employment screening including background check and credential verification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct multidisciplinary staff to deliver quality services.
• Coordinate and monitor services per each person’s plan (PCP) and ensure crisis access.
• Oversee shift operations, patient flow and handoffs to maintain continuity of care.
• Facilitate communication with external providers and internal departments; ensure regulatory compliance.
