Qualifikationen

• Requires education, experience, and licensure as defined by service definitions.
• General knowledge of the human services delivery system in North Carolina.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Experience supervising employees preferred.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) preferred.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate services and supervise staff to implement Person Centered Plans.
• Serve as primary contact and coordinator of services for individuals with MH/SA needs.
• Provide staff with training on population-specific skills and knowledge.
• Interview, hire, train, and supervise employees; assign and direct work; appraise performance.
