Job summary

Dane County Department of Human Services in Madison, Wisconsin, is seeking a full-time Behavioral Health Resource Center Supervisor to lead the Resource Navigation team and ensure high-quality, recovery-oriented services.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or related Human Services field.
• Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in Behavioral Health.
• In lieu of a Master’s: bachelor’s degree with four (4) years of Behavioral Health experience or six (6) years combined lived and professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of the BHRC Resource Navigation team.
• Supervises staff, evaluates performance, and manages hiring, discipline, and complaints.
• Creates and manages schedules and workload assignments; facilitates meetings.
• Supports staff development and ensures policy and procedure adherence.
• Ensures culturally responsive, consumer-driven and recovery-oriented services.
• Collaborates with leadership to coordinate activities and resolve challenges.
