Job summary

The Recovery Center of Maryland, LLC seeks a Program Manager to oversee daily management and operations of the organization’s behavioral health services, ensuring all programs meet local, state, and federal requirements and contractual obligations.

Reporting to the CEO/COO, the role supervises counselors and interns, evaluates performance, helps with budget development, and maintains a high standard of care for all participants in a multi-cultural setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Behavioral Health or Social Services.
• Minimum two years of supervisory/management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and EHR systems.
• Strong organizational skills with timely follow-up on complex tasks.
• Able to resolve conflicts respectfully and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to counseling staff through supervision and reviews.
• Oversee program budgets and monitor performance against contracts.
• Conduct semi-annual performance evaluations and address issues.
• Ensure confidentiality and HIPAA compliance across services.
• Prepare program reports and ensure correct timesheets and invoices.
