Qualifications

• Master’s in vocational rehab counseling or equivalent required.
• CRCC or CPRP certification preferred; or pursuing CPRP.
• Strong assessments, treatment planning, advocacy and case management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee comprehensive services through on-site and off-site programs.
• Prepare patient records for internal and external audits.
• Monitor documentation such as treatment plans and progress notes.
• Submit treatment plans for authorizations and maintain charts.
• Provide staff training and supervise program operations.
• Travel locally between office, residences and community settings.
