Job summary

Canyon Ridge Hospital is seeking a compassionate Receptionist to join our team. This per diem role supports the hospital's mission in behavioral healthcare and provides shift differentials for nights and weekends along with competitive compensation.

The position requires high school education or equivalent, PBX experience, and strong communication, organization, and confidentiality skills. Must be available to work holidays.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience in hospital or medical office related setting.
• Previous experience with PBX board; good communication skills; good telephone skills.
• Ability to concentrate on tasks in high traffic area.
• Maintain information as highly confidential.
• Good organization and priority setting skills.
• Attention to detail
• Basic typing skills

• Operates switchboard to relay incoming and outgoing calls and pages.
