Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience in hospital or medical office related setting.
• Previous experience with PBX board; good communication skills; good telephone skills;
• Ability to concentrate on tasks in high traffic area;
• Maintain information as highly confidential;
• Good organization and priority setting skills;
• Attention to detail
• Basic typing skills

Responsibilities

• Operates switchboard to relay incoming and outgoing calls and pages.
• Greets and directs all lobby visitors.
