Houston Behavioral Healthcare Hospital is seeking a Per Diem PBX Receptionist for weekends to support front desk operations at our Georgia facility. The role includes handling multi-line calls, visitor check-ins, and coordination with clinical and administrative teams with a patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities include call management, message handling, visitation facilitation, and basic PBX tech support.

Qualificações

• Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience or familiarity with multi-line telephone systems and basic troubleshooting.
• Strong organization to handle concurrent tasks in a front desk setting.
• Discretion in handling confidential information and patient data.
• Commitment to delivering excellent caller service and support.

Responsabilidades

• Answer all incoming calls promptly and route to the appropriate department.
• Direct calls and help visitors check in and out of the facility.
• Provide accurate information about services and policies; resolve caller issues professionally.
• Capture and relay messages accurately and promptly.
• Oversee PBX system, troubleshoot basic issues, escalate complex problems.
