Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, family members, and visitors in a professional, courteous manner.
• Respond to telephone inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Direct patients/family members to appropriate areas based on needs.
• Provide clerical support to management as needed.
• Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining confidentiality.
