Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• AA degree plus related experience in lieu of degree.
• Master’s degree with BBS registration and/or licensure in MFT, MSW, or PCC with at least 2 years of substance use treatment or community mental health experience.
• Certified by a state-recognized substance use counselor certification body, with at least 5 years of substance use experience, and/or master’s degree with licensure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program operations and supervise staff and interns.
• Provide supervision, training, and development of staff, interns, and volunteers.
• Coordinate with medical providers, social services, and community resources.
• Monitor client progress and maintain treatment records and progress notes.
• Ensure documentation meets contract, licensing, and accreditation standards.
• Participate in meetings, committees, and quality assurance initiatives.
• Lead treatment team meetings and supervise performance evaluations.

Education

Bachelor's degree in related field

AA degree plus related experience in lieu of degree
